Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at WebbAndGray.com (Webb & Gray).  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Webb & Gray will arrange to ship your purchased products as soon as is possible, usually within 7-10 days, by agreement with our customers.  We will arrange couriers that will treat your purchase with the care and respect it deserves.  Delivery costs, unless stated otherwise in the product description, are subject to the available couriers and shipping location.

Alternatively, we are open to customers collecting their pieces themselves or arranging their own couriers if that is how they wish to proceed.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

WebbAndGray.com does not normally ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, P.O Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (Please see International Shipping Policy below).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

We do not currently offer order tracking.  We will confirm shipping details with you so you can arrange to receive the delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WebbAndGray.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

WebbAndGray.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not usually ship outside of mainland United Kingdom, but we can discuss this with you as a bespoke shipping agreement with a specialist courier if you wish.
